There is a certain equation: P = P°+ ρgh which relates pressure inside a liquid with depth. Here P°is the pressure at h=0, ρ is the density of the liquid, h is depth and g is the acceleration due to gravity. But this equation assumes that ρ and g are constant, but they do vary with depth inside a planet. How does one calculate the pressure inside a planet made of, let’s say, liquid hydrogen or molasses?
