I don’t know about the latest theories because I don’t keep up with them lol, but do you think there is/was at least one planet in each galaxy with intelligent life or do you think there are/was more?

Sorry, I’m not an astronomer so I can’t sound all technical for you. I do think about stuff like this everyday though. I’m just too lazy to go read about it.

Advantages of organic food, have become known to anybody worried about the negative effects of foods which have been highly processed. By saying one food is organic, and the other is conventional, we are not necessarily implying that one orange is grown organically and another one is grown in the usual farming styles. Most importantly, actual benefits of organic foods need to be insisted upon.

Those with chronic, or acute, illnesses prefer organic foods, which are healthier and safer than non-organic items. Even if you were to argue that there is essentially no difference in the nutritional quality of organic foods as opposed to conventionally grown foods, it cannot be gainsaid that the use of chemicals, hormones and pesticides in the production of the latter have negative side effects for those who eat them. Studies have indicated superior characteristics and more benefits from organic food though consumer analysis do not refer to the difference in nutrient values.

Organic food benefits include vitamin C, anti-oxidant qualities, and even trace amount of minerals. Due to the practices of agriculture business, which doesn’t focus on keeping the soil and its ecosystem healthy, the mineral levels in vegetables, meat and dairy products have gone down, and those levels can be documented in reports from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The current lengthy storage and processing of fruits and vegetables lowers the quality of traditional food.

An additional advantage of organic foods is the fact that it contains more dry matter. Artificial fertilizers have a tendency of making fruits and vegetables swell, organic foods aren’t altered which makes them healthier. So, there is not as much food when you consider the amount of dry matter that is actually in a non-organic orange and compare it with the amount of dry matter that is in an organic orange. Even putting the fact that nutrition is better with organics, it’s not even the biggest advantage of eating organic food.

To begin with, you will not find any remnants of pesticides in organic items. Even if makers of regular foods claim that there aren’t any threat’s health due to pesticides, you don’t need to have a lot of expertise to realize that eating any type of chemical cannot possibly be good for your health or good for your body when it comes to the impact they have on it. Currently, benefits of organic foods have too much emphasis placed on them, as a greater amount of individuals are selecting them instead of regular foods. After awhile, this preference will certainly cause the market to shift and it will also redefine standards characterizing organic foods.

So I was at Wal-Mart today and I saw a new line of cleaning products from Clorox. The are called Green Works, and claim to clean as good as regular products. So has anyone tried them and do they work the same. Like can they still get KoolAid off of counter tops?

Thanks!
