However you really should be checking your gas mileage to see which grade gets you the best mileage. Even the station can make a difference. My vehicle gets better mileage with the cheapest Shell gas than it does with any Wal-mart gas so check your mileage from different gas stations also.

Don’t speed on the highway. Not only does speeding cause you to gun the engine in sudden bursts of gas guzzling power, but it can obviously lead to other problems such as speeding tickets and accidents which can in turn lead to other major problems. When you go at a controlled and steady speed on the freeway you will save money on gas and make the road all that much safer for the rest of us. First, find out how much and how often you are going to use it. If you’re just getting an electric scooter for emergency use, in case your car breaks down or you need a quick run to the nearby convenience store, then you’re better off with the most basic electric scooter model. You can buy one for as low as $500.

However, if you’re buying an electric scooter for everyday use, that is, for somebody who is handicapped or a senior citizen, you might want to invest in the higher models. In fact, the more stable the unit is, the better. In this case, a four-wheeled electric scooter is the best electric scooter for you.

There are other types of electric scooters out there. You can have something that has just two wheels, while you can also own one that has three wheels. Of course, the four wheeler is the most stable and should be the one you’re getting for your parents or, if you want, for your kid.

Some people trade in their electric scooters to get a loan with creditors, and if these people are not able to pay, their scooters are sold to the public at a very low price. Not all vehicle auctions have cheap electric scooters in their sales, but it’s worth a try.
