You can still hear if you cut off the outer ear. Not irreducibly complex. Animals have simpler ears than we do (snakes and birds for instance).

Human ears evolved into middle-ear structures, used for hearing, from throat structures, like gills, used for air breathing.
Irreducible complexity is false and every example put forward by believers is shown to have evolved from simpler structures.
Natural selection by random mutations cannot be responsible for this. This should be obvious to anyone with intelligence and honesty. Even if evolution is true the engine that drives it CANNOT be a natural process. Maybe our DNA has in it the instructions to undergo changes overtime resulting in new species ???
This also means that Atheism has a BIG problem !!
Finally. On my site, I was trying to be more fair, showing the strengths and weaknesses of (generic) Sciences and Religions and asking all to come to a table of Peace a talk. Blasted is a calm word. I am reminded of the Three Monkeys. Don’t see, don’t hear, don’t speak.

I enjoyed the educational aspects of it, like how the ear works and all. But the ear is NOT irreducibly complex. It way not work as well without certain parts, but it can hear to a certain degree. Lets say somehow you proved gods existence… You must still prove that it is YOUR particular god.

There is no such thing as “Darwinism.”
Evolution is a scientific theory that is supported by over 220,000 facts. There are thousands of people who work daily to disprove Evolution.
These people are known as Evolutionary scientists. They dedicate their lives to the study of Evolution, and work to disprove various sets of facts that support this scientific theory.
Nobody “believes” in Evolution, either. Science dies if it is not challenged. Belief would kill science.

The complexity may be irreducible as is, but that does not mean that it couldn’t have evolved in a process where uses and functions changed over time.

spend 5 minutes on the internet or at the library learning about how the inner ear EVOLVED.
Humans have a single jaw bone whereas reptiles have several. The additional bones changed shapes over the generations and animals who had more acute hearing were naturally selected for survival.
Is that really such a hard concept to grasp??
If a baby can grow in stages, why not the ear?

First off Darwinism isn’t even a word, it’s like using Newtonism or Einsteinism. EVOLUTION is scientific and is the basis for many other science areas including genetics. Evolution is no more a religion than gravity or realitivity is, this video shows you don’t know what science is or even what pagans are.
